By accessing and using the Shopzawy vendor platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shopzawy regarding your use of the platform as a vendor.

To become a vendor on our platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

As a vendor, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date
• Providing clear, high-quality product images
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not listing prohibited or restricted items
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels

We reserve the right to remove any product listings that violate these terms or our policies.

Regarding pricing and payments:

• You are responsible for setting competitive and fair prices
• Commission fees will be deducted from your earnings as specified in our commission policy
• Payments will be processed according to our payment schedule
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings
• All prices must be displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)

You agree to:

• Process orders promptly and accurately
• Ship products within the specified timeframes
• Provide tracking information when available
• Handle returns and refunds in accordance with our policies
• Maintain high standards of customer service

You warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You will not use our platform to sell counterfeit or unauthorized products
• You grant us a license to use your content for platform operations

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling illegal, harmful, or restricted products
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Using false or misleading product descriptions
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the platform's operation

We may terminate your vendor account:

• For violation of these terms or our policies
• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• For poor performance or customer service
• At our sole discretion with appropriate notice

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Shopzawy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
