Agreement Terms
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may sell products on the Shopzawy platform.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product information
- Maintain adequate inventory levels
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
Platform Rights
Shopzawy reserves the following rights:
- Review and approve product listings
- Remove products that violate our policies
- Suspend or terminate vendor accounts
- Modify platform fees and commissions
- Update terms and policies
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Vendors will be notified of any material changes in advance.
